Try them on, what smells good on one wont necessarily on another.

"One that gets me a shit load of compliments at the moment is monut blank explorer.
And I've got all the top end ones.
It won't break the bank either. "
This or Hugo Boss black. I'm not sure if that's what it's called but it's a simple black bottle with a silver metal screw top. |

Try some of the Molton Brown ones
They do a pretty good range and they aren't as heavily worn by guys as some of the mainstream brands
Geranium Nefurtum suits me, but not necessarily you
Never buy based on sniffing the bottle or on sniffing someone else
Spray, go do some shopping, see how it smells half hour to an hour later
A lot of them settle differently, so after an hour of it mixing with your body smell, you'll know how it smells on you
If it smells good, go back and buy it |

"My delivery man smelt so good today, even at a 2m distance, forgot to ask him what it was though.
Hugo Boss is lush. "
I’ve been wearing Boss for some time, but switched to Versace after liking a sample in Men’s Health magazine. It’s gone down well with my friends |

"Silver Mountain water is really nice
Describe it"
A contempory scent which captures the purity of citrus notes, tea, blackcurrant and musk. Cool, clean, icy and mentholated -reminiscent of sparkling streams coursing through the snowcapped Swiss Alps. |

"If you can afford it. Creed-Aventus.
Dior sauvage and issey miyakki por homme. "
I second Aventus and Sauvage (my joint fave with good old Farenheit).
I used to love Issey Miyake until an obnoxious work colleague made me associate it with him |
