So, hands up all those rushing back to the gym when it opens, trying to rediscover their "previous" pre-Covid torso!??

Routine and feeling my body moving beyond this crunched up little goblin posture! Straight to the back machines and feel all the joints popping

I know some are like yourself especially if they’ve spent money on their equipment

I reckon I've lost around 20kg since the first lockdown... off my squat

Nah, the convenience of training from home is too good to give up.

Quite happy with the results from bands and bodyweight exercises too.

Might join a pay as you train type gym for those days when you just want to squat or deadlift heavy but other than that I'm OK.

Yesssss please!

We're lucky to have enough kit to train at home but it's not the same.

We like the separation of environments and the increased variety of kit etc.

Plus we both get the chance to have a bit of a perv at the gym shark girls

I'll be back as soon as they open. Mainly because I've got a lot of events coming up this year that need more training than a 16kg kettlebell and bands can provide.

Me! Not so much the torso thing though. Just want to work on getting my strength back to where it was then carry on where I left off with my goals once I have.

Full set up at home, but looking forward to training events as a group again.

Also looking forward to buying cheap gym gear when the gyms open

I've exercised all the way through lockdown at home. Not fond of the gym atmosphere. Will be good to have them back open again though as so many folk obviously benefit from them, physically and mentally.
