We (M/F couple) are down in Manchester early September for a Saturday Stayover - any of the members got any tips on Pubs / Clubs and Hotels - and any other tips are REALLY appreciated

Depends on what you're after from a night out? There are also loads of hotels but again, depends on budget and what you're after. I just had a look on trip advisor and some of the hotels in the top 20 wouldnt be on my list!

Definately need more info from OP to give meaningful help re hotels and pubs. As for clubs do you mean swinger clubs or clubs in general?

the Macdonald hotel is really great, met a few couples there, very nice and location is very close to picadilly station, 5 mins walk into the good bars.

Hi Folks

1st weekend in September

Hotel

We are looking for something central near to nightlife for "early 40s" couple (m/f)

Parking - yes - even nearby !

Budget - not minted but no problem as its not often we treat ourselves !

Bars / Clubs

"early 40s" friendly types of bars - ie not a Working Mans Bar and not a 18-25s Foam Party (mmmmmmm)

Meets - possible !!
