During lockdown, i have found alot more time on my hands to exercise.

I am making use of this extra time with regular running sessions.

Anyone else started exercising more recently?

Redhill

Yes. I spent much of the first lockdown depressed and with a lot of anxiety as I didn’t know what was going to happen with my job. I put on 2 stone in weight and stopped exercising completely.

Now unemployed and with time on my hands, I started exercising again on Feb 1st, 6 days a week. I run 5k 3x a week to get some fitness back and then build up my distance and time (I was no stranger to 10-milers and half marathons) and strength/HIIT sessions 5/6 times a week. I am VERY sore, but it has helped with my morale and I am sleeping better.

I exercise in a zoom session with friends which makes it fun too!

Wow very impressive. I go more on sprints than jogging. As i play football in normal circumstances twice, sometimes 3 times a week, i nedx the burst of energy!!

Its easily to comfort eat so well done on getting into a running routine... i wish you luck in maintaining it
