Just jumped on my scales, have put on 9 LG’s since last year. Health kick starts tomorrow. Anyone else found 2020’hasnt been the best for weight

Yep - Good luck with your endeavours, sir! I really must try and pull my finger out and do some exercise and stop raiding the fridge when I'm working from home - As I think my waistline has turned into a costline...

Ruptured Achilles (6months), followed by lockdown, and a 8 month delayed operation on my wrist where I slept most of the day due to pain meds..

75kg to 83kg :/

I struggled all the way through last year, especially when I was nursing my mum with terminal cancer the last 3 months of 2020. I reckon I put on 2 and a half stone. I anxiety eat.

But I got my shit together at the beginning of Feb and I'm already only 1lb of losing 1 stone.
