I started with the smallest silicone butt plug I could find and some anal relaxant lube, bandara does a really good one. Lots of nice foreplay, get as relaxed as you can, Good luck  |

Butt plug the way forward don’t go to big to soon and make shour it got a good base you don’t want it geting lost and plenty off lube you can never have anuff lube |

Take it slowly and use plenty of lube - start off with a finger and progress from there, Lovehoney do an anal starter kit that has various things in including a slim butt plug and anal beads which will help.
Relaxation is key too, as is being clean so invest in an anal douche.
When and if you're ready to proceed to the real thing, be very careful to look for a partner who is willing to go at your pace and is understanding of the necessity for that. |
