What gets you in to the land of nod.

I have eaten about 5pm with red wine then brandy and cock with Diasapan 5mg and stillnoct 10mg

And by now should be out of it oh and had 100mg of pregabilin.

Combination of keeping a good routine, looking after my wellbeing, no caffeine after 2pm, taking time to wind down properly and sleep meditations works best for me.

I'm terrible at sleeping. I can lie there for hours sometimes even after doing all the right things to get myself ready for bed. It's very exhausting being exhausted but not able to sleep.

Anyway, I don't think it is the best idea to mix booze and then mix tablets? But I hope you manage to have a good rest tonight.

I sleep tonnes better for not drinking. It’s nowhere near as difficult to drop off and I don’t think about it as much so much more relaxed.

Lay off the opiates - they have a reverse effect after a while.

Eat well, no booze, exercise, no blue light from phones etc .. before bed, blah blah blah - it works.
