Looking for some suggestions on audio books that are around personal development, if that’s habits, mindset, confidence, speaking etc etc...

This is a fantastic book. Really interesting and well worth a read.

Utopia for realists by Rutger Bregman. Not really a self help book but has really changed my outlook on lots of stuff I “knew” to be true

I’m open to any decent audio books, not specifically ‘self help’ I’ve found one on public speaking and body language very interesting lol. I’ll have a look! Thanks
