I think a lot of men are conscious about their down below area I remember when I was a kid and I used to go swimming how you just used to put a towel around me but since I got older now I just it hang out |

I don't care and I don't think anybody else does either. We're all men in that changing room. There are no surprises. If I'm having a shower then it's all coming off. I'll go where I need to go, do what I need to do, and put my clothes back on when I'm ready. |

I strip off, there was one time I didn't when a young woman had her phone propped up on a shelf pointing straight into the room.
If I'm going swimming I wear my costume under my clothes so that's easy, when I get out of the pool I take my wet costume off, shower and put my clothes on. Nobody really takes much notice but I have seen more than my fair share of 80 year old ladies bending forward to put voluminous knickers on  |

If you've lived in other countries, such as some in mainland Europe, you wouldn't have the hangups that we have here, as nudity is more relaxed about. The UK seems to have been contaminated by a US driven puritanical obsession of the natural body that is just stupid, beyond words.
Nobody is generally interested in another body when someone is changing etc, they're in their own world.
It's an aspect of the modern world that deserves to die.
I strip off, I may surprise, delight or horrify you - that's your shit, deal with it. |

My heart sinks when I go in a changing room and its an open area with no privacy.
I am painfully self conscious and actually find it a stressful experience.

I do as the situation merits.
I’m perfectly happy being naked in front of others but if it’s apparent that people are keeping covered them I’ll follow suit.
If there’s a bit of both I’ll get naked and let it sway free as that’s my preference.
