Worth looking up the John Wayne Bobbitt documentary if you want a better idea of the subject.
Reading around it, for a friend, it seems like one of the least successful plastic surgery operation types.
But admiring the massive balls of anyone who goes through with it. |

Don't do it... I've met a guy who BROKE his cock the year before & the fear is the worst part...basically I've got to catch him unawares/in a sate of such arousal he forgets for him to be able to penetrate (so far).
when I first met him he wouldn't get hard at all & still had pain from the tendons being ripped and repaired.
when he told me I researched and most results were not good, anything from curves/kinks that weren't there before to being unable to get an erection at all...granted mostly due to not being seen quick enough for surgery...yes only cure boys...sorry.
& that's from an accident!
it's risky...are you really that small & discontent that it would be worth it? |

Just be warned I had a lump removed 3 years ago from a testicle and it tock 6 weeks to heal as got infected.
