Once you get through be nice to the person on the phone, the more antagonistic you are, the less likely the person listening will help. When I worked in a call centre I’ve worked through my break to help someone I have empathy with.
It’s a job until you actually care, at that point it’s a mission to sort it out.

News report today a guy and his daughter on hold to HSBC for 20hrs ! What the actual fuck. How can someone wait that long and how can a company do that?
Side note anyone got any tips for getting in touch with virgin media coz I can't get through to them for love nor money. |
