How do you eat your lasagne ?

Which way do you eat lasagne, is it a layer at a time, or do you cut down through the layers, which kind of seems weird, like a pasta Viennetta ?!

We needed to empty the fridge before we left.

Steak topped with mince beef topped with lasagna and about half a block of cheese grated on it.

We named it the total mess.

Hey I don’t make the rules, you can get a lasagne layering implement where you can take one layer off at a time. Seems like a lot of effort to me, but that’s tradition for you.
