We've done isolation a couple of times so know what you're feeling - birthdays are always fun, we had our daughter's 4th birthday a couple of weeks back.

I'm aching! Was in to see an Orthopaedic consultant today ref knee surgery, and he did the usual stuff - twisted, pulled, poked & turned the leg with the immortal words, "does that hurt?" (Yes, it effing did!). He's booking me in for surgery by Xmas. |

Yes, I checked and we're good. Leviticus wasn't 100% clear but I extrapolated. Advice: don't pour boiling tea down your tummy
