I cant believe it that its been a year since the passing of miss Flack she will always be on my top 10 ladies i have / had the hots for she was amazing yes ok i don know her life but she was fantastic and she started the movement about being kind. unfortunately still to this day people not being kind some of them are even acting worse but thats another forum post all together.

I'm not sure who she is so had to look her up. I'm sure being kjnd has been around a lot longer, it is part of any spirituality ethos or manifesting movement.

Interesting article on the be kind thing I read today. Caroline Flack certainly didn't start it but she definitely has helped shaped it.

One journalist says it is now being used as a way of stifling criticism. She mentioned a celebrity holidaying in Dubai using the be kind saying to stifle commentary

That would be worth a read. Not for Caroline but certainly for the concept of 'stifling commentary' .....

It's insipid and is spreading it's tentacles through the forums.

This is sadly very common, both in the forums and in life away from Fab. People will preach it but won't practice what they preach.
