I was determined not to be today! big shop done, pooch walked, car washed, work diary sorted for the week and now torn between doing some baking or having a couple of cold ones watching the football. |

Umm myself up at 6 and feel done more today, did morning workout followed by nice chilly walk, cooked dinner and now chilling eating crap watching tv all mushy stuff ha |

ive not left my bed at all, been meaning to get food and shower for a few hours now ... i have leftovers in the kitchen but am considering just ordering from the phone in my hand |

That's very commendable.
Living in South Shields I'm close to the finish line for The Great North Run.
I have a cunning plan of entering and getting a look a like for the start.
Then I'll just leave my house and get to the finish line and beat Mo Farah and claim the world record.
But I'm yet to find an accomplice look a like  |
