Reading though a thread about bare back. Some interesting points were made about a false sense of security when using condoms but not protecting while having oral sex.
Admittedly I have had unprotected oral while insisting on condom use.
So out of pure boredom and being nosey. How many insist on condoms but are happy to have unprotected oral sex including rimming and why is it a less thought about issue. |

Virtualy all sex is risky so everyone's individual comfortable level of risk will be different. Unprotected oral carries risks but less risks than unprotected vaginal or anal sex. Personally I'm comfortable with the risk with unprotected oral but not unprotected vaginal or anal sex. |

I agree everyone will have their own reasoning and risk assessment.
I just found it quite interesting and wondered what others thoughts were.
I guess it could put the same as protection in general; none eliminate the potential completely, but will reduce the risk.
Personally I'd prefer to reduce risk than leave it completely open to fate. |
