"Doubtful to be honest "

sort of hope not, my son builds the stages etc for festivals like Glastonbury and so on ..... he's just been called in to go to Japan from the end of the month for 7 months to work on all aspects to do with the Olympics.

quite worried for him & his family

May be with limited viewers and only some of the events

New forest area

I think it will go ahead. The amount of money that Japan have spent on it (I am not saying it's ok on that basis). The amount of competitors that have been training. The prestige of it all. It's already been delayed once.

I am not convinced they will have spectators, well, definitely not as many.

Japan, being very tech savvy, will have a way of following/managing the virus. You would think.

I am sure there will be checks at venues to make sure people are good to go in.

The new chair person will breath life into it.

Bit too soon I reckon - I mean thousands of people traveling from all over the world to one country......

But they'd be running really quickly.

We all know it shouldn’t, but it probably will. As with other sports like football and golf...money talks! Football teams travelling up and down the country, players jumping on each other, sliding through each other’s phlegm ( because it’s compulsory to spit every 15 seconds!). I don’t get it, especially when I can’t play golf and be 20/30 yards away from my mate all day??

RANT OVER.

I think it will happen; but with either no spectators or reduced numbers in the venues. The Euros will be the same

Usain Bolt couldn't run quick enough to escape catching Covid
