This is a paragraph from an article on the bbc website.

Apparently i live in one of the happiest areas in the country. So who wants to come live in happy land with me?

Mr Happy lives in Happyland according to the Mr Quiet book I read to my five year old earlier this evening. I didn't realise it was just up the road from me.
