She is the whatever way you want to look at her out of context tweets get reported. She may very well be these things, but the reporting on her views is extremely twisted and being viewed incorrectly and as usual out of context. |

I've only read 1 tweet,
What did it say?"
from what I read it was accurate so I'm guessing she is in trouble for comparing the German local view pre the final solution to people in America who are Anti Trump,

She didn't actually say either way what she was directly getting at. People have assumed she is directly comparing the two (and she might be) but as has been said in another thread it is entirely possible she means "dehumanising your neighbour is what lead to the holocaust" which is entirely true. Because it did. At no point (as far as I'm aware) did she directly say "it is exactly like what happened here"
The thing is she chose to use a very touchy subject the provokes emotions in so many ways. Regardless of her views she made a bad subject choose to make her point but it doesn't automatically warrent whatshe is saying as villainous and hateful or antisemitic. |
