"Losing my parents. I've been lucky as they had me and brothers when in their early 20s. A lot of my friends parents are no more unfortunately."
This is a serious one for me also.
I'm close but always been the black sheep, can't imagine my life without them |

Being physically fit and strong. When I was younger my dad was always kicking a ball around with me, gardening and working away. Now he's touching 70 and can barely walk and looks really frail. The idea of being like that frightens me |

Last year I was doing a confidential shredding job a lot of them were care homes.
I know first hand how sad and depressing it is.

Same story here mate, dad has MS basically disintegrating all the time. |

Last year I was doing a confidential shredding job a lot of them were care homes.
I know first hand how sad and depressing it is.

Biotin!! I lose like maybe 5 hairs per day after starting on 12000mcg biotin tablets. And I normally shed like crazy! |

It doesn't work for everyone and has to be used for life. Better than a dodgy transplant later in life |
