Nanna, Nanny, Nana
And
Mum, Mummy, Mama
They need to begin with an N or an M, sorry Granny..... |

I had a Nanny and still have a Nana, it was never Gran/Granny/Grandma.
I say Mum, Mummy, Moomin, Moomy, Mutha, and Ancient One to address the woman who have birth to me.

Have you asked them how they'd like to be addressed? |

Given I don't speak to either my mother or hers it's rather irrelevant.... |

Oh well then. I guess they'll never be aware of how you refer to them |

when bringing up toddlers, Mum was a given, But Nana always had a christian name suffix.
i.e. Nana X or Nana Y.
(You might feel christian names are a little to familiar for a 4 year old, but the Nana bit gives due respect). |

I love the range of names, thank you everyone!
I'm going with Nan and Mum.
Making samples for mothers' day type gifts and I never know what's the best to go for, so I figured I'd ask y'all as we have such a wide range of people here in our community.
