There’s a house in our village with a huge, well-established pampas plant in their front garden. Makes me smile every time I drive past, as the wife of the owners used to teach my sons

The new, dried, ornamental type just makes me cringe. What a dust trap!

Reminds me of old fashined, dried flower arrangements.
