Not been to many but Depeche Mode at a very small local club back in 1981. I was about 10 feet away and stood near them at the bar afterwards.

Been to hundreds so hard to pick out but Nina Simone at Ronnie Scott’s and Prince at an after show party in Camden were unforgettable.

It's a toss up between The Flaming Lips at Manchester Apollo and Augustines at Manchester Cathedral. Both truly awesome.

My favourite ones have been Kasabian - they rocked the roof off!! and the Cure - my favourite band

Saw program on shy arts the weekend 'pub bands' took me back to the days you could pop down the pub to see a band, Catch it if they repeat it worth a view

I miss gigs and moshing so much!

My favourite gig was foo fighters & biffy at the mk bowl, sun was shining all day and got in the golden circle

i was there. do you remember the inflatables? was it the john deacon one that the roadies failed to grab the rope properly and it floated out of the stadium and off over london?

Yeah i think it appeared for sale at some point haha !

INXS were supporting, along with The Alarm ?? And that dreadful band that did 'rocking all over the world' ?

it was such a scorcher that day too. the alarm were great ... mostly nobody had heard of inxs then. people sat and ate their lunch on the pitch as it was so early on. hutchence got upset and demanded that everybody get up and dance to the greatest music they'd ever heard. the crowd lobbed drinks bottles at the band and carried on ignoring them. quo were so dull i went to sleep.
