"Don't eat the chocolate Lemon.
*eats the chocolate*
And yes I'd probably touch the hot thing too. And the big red button. "
Depends what the big red button does, does it release the nuclear weapon or a boing ? |

When my kids were babies and we would end up in disabled toilet/multiplying as changing room.. I ended up pulling the red thread one too many times. Alarm and the following embarrassment...;-) |

Does anyone have that urge to jump of the cliff or run on the road out of the blue not because of having suicidal thoughts .. I knew someone who had these impulses but didn't act on them of course. Please remind me a name of that psychological'syndrome'. |

A box with a 'Heavy - Requires 2 people to lift' warning. Yeah, alright. I'll decide... and then I'll get 2 people to lift it after I've put my back out |

"Perhaps more of a man’s thing but
Wash separately = stick it all in the machine together at 60. "
Had my washer for 20 years, only ever used one setting |

It’s all you need. Like the oven, everything cooks ok at 200 degrees |

See now you’ve said that I’ve obviously got to try cooking meringues at 200 ! |

I'm sure it will make for an interesting report thread. |

Yep.
I have the urge and the fear at the same time. I'd never do it but it's more of a 'morbid wonder' |

"Another one which is probably more male territory:
Follow instructions = ignore instructions and figure it out yourself "
Is it an inbred man thing? My child automatically puts things together without reading instructions (saves me doing it though ) |

I have a friend who won’t go near a cliff edge, as the compulsion to see what happens if he jumps is so strong ! |

Yeah I can really understand that. I don't like anything with a big drop.
I used to have it from a kid and look out the upstairs windows wondering what it would feel like. It's almost like I don't wanna tempt fate. If I did get too close and lose my footing I'd have it in the back of my mind that maybe I made it happen subconsciously and then I'd have guilt that I caused a kerfuffle |
