"No they stopped making horlicks tabs, I loved them though!! Which is one of the reason I was so excited by my dried up powder lol. How sad!! 
I dont think it's sad...you could try filling up ice cube trays with Horlicks powder and leaving them a while...you might be able to make your own...lol  "
