And here we go again a young person took his own life a couple of weeks ago and I never thought that they would do it. When I put on here about mental health or depression or about being kind and I'm literally saying it from the heart I don't know the whole circumstances of what and why this young lad was going through but I know that ending your life is something that I thought about out years ago because of my mental health and my depression but luckily for me I have got people that I can talk to and still fight everyday. |
