Exactly the same as you.
I don't even attempt to do sexy coz it's cringeworthy for me.
Also when I've seen people trying before and it looks really staged, awkward and find myself thinking, "damn, just be yourself and don't force it"
So, that's how I roll, just being me. |

Same, I can't act intentionally sexy. I get told I am at times but I am never trying to be, if I try to be it feels awkward and while I don't lose confidence it makes it harder to feel sexy.
I just normally attempt to do things, if they come across as sexy then so be it! |

Absolutely useless. I have no sexy at all. Actually, that's not true, as there is a little in my right eye.
I go for brazen or for comedy genius, and I'm not entirely sure I hit either of those very well either. But trying to be sexy just makes me feel like a bit of a twat. |

Nah I just fall over and stuff. I think the time I sexily tried to kick off a heel in a seductive way and it went through the hotel balcony window told me I should perhaps stop trying. |

I’m just not sure.
Don’t try and be sexy but feel sexy.
Sexy is something that comes from the inside and only erupts into view when you’re comfortable with it.
Trying to be sexy is not sexy.
Work on truly believing you are sexy and the rest looks after itself. |

"There's no way in hell I can 'act sexy' and not feel ridiculous. I could never do a strip tease, far too cringeworthy. "
What if its not acting as such, just channelling some feelings? |

I tried to bring sexy back from the shops but the selves were empty as people were panic buying, so I picked a fuck ton of seductive, desirable and alluring, sultry and slinky were on special offer so I loaded up the Ute with them buggers. |

I'm not a natural performer, so those feelings would be misplaced doing such things. |

I do think for a lot of people feeling sexy and being sexy have a lot to do with the person you are being sexy for.
If they treat you like they know you are sexy, it is easier to believe you are (even if you actually are anyway!). You try more things that seem sexy for them because they empower and encourage you to feel it.
It is a different kind of confidence when it is supported by somebody else. |

I'm impressed by how you managed to get the word sexy into all but on sentence and made up for the lack in that one by using it twice in the next one. Fine use of sexy there Sam. |

I don't try to be because if I did I'd probably look like Mr Bean doing it I guess feeling sexy and confident is what portrays 'sexy' but ultimately its up to the other person if they find you sexy or not |

"Sexy, or awkwardness or hilarity for that matter, is a partnership or union for me. Depends who I'm around
Also, I'm not always laid naked with my knob in my hand or my bum sticking in the air in a black and white filter. I'm currently in a hoodie wearing my geeky glasses with my laptop in front of me, working on a fucking Sunday! Not sexy at all really, but then, maybe?
That's pretty sexy tbf"

I don't think I could do sexy if I tried the closest I get is a glint in the eye (lucky to have been given baby blues!) when I'm having a proper laugh with somebody. |

Like Peakduo said - maybe don't see themselves as 'Sexy', but we do see it.
Nobody is perfect - trust me, i know, but i see so many beautiful ladies on here - inside & out.
.
You don't have to be on the cover of vogue to be sexy - mostly its about how you come across to us. |

I think "trying" to be anything is a bad move, unless it's part of roll play bit that's not for me anyway.
Always be authentic, never feel the need to play up to someone else's expectations or put on an act. |

Sometimes I feel sexy but more often than not I don’t at all.
Surely it’s a mindset not a set of actions.. if you are in good company and enjoying yourself you will naturally feel more confident and thus more likely to come across as and feel sexy..
I don’t think it’s something you can force or try to achieve as it’s more a state of mind thing.

I think that there's such a variety of things people find sexy that there's no point trying. You either have the thing or behave in a way someone finds sexy or you don't. Obviously if you know what that thing is you can do it. |

I don’t think you can act sexy, I think it’s something you either are or aren’t. And everyone has their own idea of what’s sexy - so regardless of what we think of ourselves, there is someone out there who thinks you’re the dogs bollocks and sex on legs.

I'm not sexy and apart from the occasional moment I wish I could be, I'm comfortable with not being so. I'm too cutesy and chubby to be sexy but that's not a bad thing.
Sometimes I feel like I'm sexy to someone but that's down to me ovulating and randy delusions. |

I obviously don't try and I'm quite sure most see me as just good friend material lol.
The thing is though we shouldn't try but rather be who we are naturally.
To be sexy is to have that unexplained "X" factor which is apparent to some but invisible to others.
Fabsters who say they aren't sexy because of what they see as body image superficial flaws will be attractions to others.
If its all about that illusive chemistry then don't try but just be who you are and by that your true X factor will find the right one.
I'm totally amazed that the most sexiest of girls will say they're not. We all are in lots of different ways... Even me |

Sorry I abandoned this thread earlier - just had a read through, thank you for some very thought-provoking contributions
It's interesting how fab works - we get used to seeing all these hot pictures of each other, often suggestive or straight up erotic, but behind all that many of us don't feel sexy. Is it confidence? Or is it that sexy is something which happens with chemistry and connection?
I've had people say to me "oh wear stockings and heels, that's so sexy". It's not something I feel particularly comfortable in, so it doesn't make me feel sexy. But if someone else finds it sexy - would that then make me feel sexy?
I've now reached the point where I've said sexy so many times, it has started to not sound like a real word Musing over.
