I've done some stir fry veg with rice and salmon marinated in lemon juice, ginger and honey and made some prawn toast. Toast doesn't look very pretty tho!

Fish fingers, garlic mash potatoes, mixed veg and parsley sauce/white sauce

Boiled ham chopped finely, baked potatoes - flesh scooped out and butter added so it melts, then baked beans!

He got it from a guy called Scott Baptie. Some high protein cookbook thing he does online! We added the green beans and the rice and quinoa was a packet of pre cooked pulses you throw in the microwave
