So much negative energy. We need more  and less (insert monster angry teeth emoji). Its so draining. I know were all going through a rough time but talk to someone, log off fab for a day, put some happy tunes on, eat a donut, anything, something just lets please balance out the bad vibes.

I've only just come onto the forums today, well yesterday now, I wasn't really on them.
I've just glanced at a few threads and indeed they do seem negative. It seems this place is getting to some people. This place is meant to be fun. I do question why some people log on here if all it does is wind them up or gives them negative feelings. |

Just from my 83 year old Dear Mum. She's awesome. She nags like hell but she deserves the right. She has done the hard yards. Just 1 big hug would set the world to right....xx
But I'm obvs open to offering a hug to those who need. We all need hugs. Like food shelter and warmth. It's needed...xxx

In the last few months I've felt this massive urge to speak out about my past, just to talk to someone who's never met me and knows nothing about me. I'm quite open about my life but one secret thats been with me since about the age of 6 and carried on into my adulthood is the reason why I've probably been depressed for over 40 years of my life. I can't speak out, but it would be nice to get this horrible shit out of my head. |

Bless you, no one deserves to feel depressed or like they can't talk and comunicate openly about what is messing with there head, I hope 2021 is a better year for you and you manage to find a way to clear your head and feel more positive  |

Speaking to others help, as someone who experienced childhood trauma it will make a difference to be heard and for someone to understand. There are plenty who have offered to help but it's always worth seeking professional help too. |

You shouldn’t have to deal with it on your own, it’s ok to say you’re struggling, and it’s ok to ask for help. Your feelings are valid.
There’s no shame in any of this. Have you thought about seeing a counsellor?
