I woke up this morning still incredulous at at the incredible ineptitude that availed itself to me last night.A disjointed and totally incompetent performance that compels me to berate myself for watching such bilge. Maybe its a call to self flaggelation that cannot be requited in the dark dungeons of the sadists torture chamber.Only assuaged in the folly of supporting these absolute muppets. My emotional and psychological well being laid waste by a bunch of labouring poseurs who imagine themselves so much better than they are. Much as there is mitigation in being tutored by an absolute dinosaur and coward of a manager it was still as dire a performance...excuse the pun, since Eddie the Eagle jumped about three feet on that ski slope. Adjectives offer no hope of expressing how awful it was but it was so bad at times it resembled a dark comedy. Of course the absolute braggard and fraud of a manager will not be sacked while the questionable benefit of an April cup final to rescue his season remains. Any other manager would be facing the metaphorical firing squad. Dier aurier Davies sanchez . What more can I say. I can't enunciate my disgust I do not have the articulation.

I’ve been a Spurs supporter since 1961. There have been worse seasons with worse players and worse managers. Form is temporary and class is permanent. If José can’t get the team silverware,no-one will.

Speaking as a Manchester City supporter, you don't know anything if you think that a poor performance in the Premier league, whilst still in the top half of the division is "dire"

Yes and I also watched us tumble down the football ladder to our lowest point of York away

There are iconic matches with City. Games I've been asked "were you at that one" such as beating Huddersfield 10-1, Gillingham in the play off final, United in the FA Cup semi final, 93.20 the Aguero goal and York away!

I watched it and enjoyed it very much. Mind you, that’s because I’m a Chelsea fan.

I feel your pain OP. Unfortunately, I think Mourinho is done at the top level, not just by his performances against the bigger teams, but because of the performances against the smaller ones.

You can stomach the style of play as long as you're winning, but when results aren't even going your way, there's not much left. Personally, I think your club were too trigger happy with Poch and made a deal with the devil in the hopes of some silverware.

Not sure what you're moaning about. It's Spurs and they are in no worse or better of a position than expected. And if he wins a trophy it will be beyond their wildest dreams... ridiculous to consider sacking him. Plus Chelsea won by a single penalty... hardly a calamity. Anti Jose agenda is tedious... pundits drone on and on about it being boring. Won't be boring if he wins a trophy, you'll have to build a statue for him.

Football is as much about entertainment as winning and I speak as an ex pro footballer . Your right many fickle fans will compromise if he wins a trophy. The purists and I am one will not tolerate his tactics and that is not hindsight. I said after the wins over arsenal and man City that the style of play was not sustainable and relied too heavily on son and kane. Its like watching the ballet with the ballerina wearing steel toe capped boots .

Unlikely to your final point, worst thing they did was keep him this summer.
