Hope you feel better soon OP it takes its toll on us all! I try not think about how long it’s been or when I can next do x that doesn’t do me any favours.

Watching a lot of YouTube videos, I’ve done some decorating and when the weather gets better I enjoy time In the garden doing some project no doubt

We’ll get through this try doing something you haven’t done before get your mind off it baking? Drawing? See if there is any online workshops for a new hobby?

Keeping busy.

I have been working from home and I always have a project on the go, doesn't have yo be huge. Gives me a focus and a sense of achievement.

Every one has had thier own battles at some point. Talking to mates has also been rely good for me.

I hear you. Find hobbies, reach out to friends. Look to the future and how what you're doing now will help.

A lot of people have found the first lockdown much easier, be it because the weather was nice (by and large), be it because it was a novelty and you could try new things including spontaneous baking and gardening and whatever.

This time is much harder for many - try to look forward to the time we will have the vaccine more widely adminstered... and that we will eventually get back to some kind of normal. Either way, OP, you are not alone in this.

I find it helps me enormously to stick to a routine if I'm stuck at home. Keep in touch with friends and relatives, recognise your achievements however small. Do a 'Three Good Things' list at the end of each day.

AtomicShrimp taught me you can't choose to be happy. But you can choose to do things that make you happy.

Personally I find doing things for others makes me happy. It reflects back and glow will make you shine too.
