Back in the days of a gag reflex being an issue for me, I was told to make a fist and put my thumb inside it. I'm not sure if that works but it's worth a try.
You can also try training to desensitize your gag reflex - start small with an ice lolly and work your way up to a cucumber. By that point a Covid test won't be an issue. |
