Do you got rhythm? Can you shake it like you mean it or are you more like Mr Bean?

I love to dance but my child thinks I'm terrible. In my head I'm Darcy Bussell crossed with Beyonce

I like to think I can shake a move but reality is I probably look like a constipated penguin

I'm quite an accomplished dancer.

Unfortunately, due to aggressive osteoarthritis, I can no longer twist and shout, do the hop, pas de bourrée or dance myself dizzy.

There’s a threshold for me. Not quite enough alcohol and I’m the original dad dancer ( the old 2 step )

Too much and I’m like a crap octopus ice skater.

Threshold being being between 5 and 5 and a half pints

I have no rhythm.

Even after a bottle of wine, still no rhythm.

I just sit in the corner eating the cake.

I have no rhythm, I know I have no rhythm however after a few drinks I have been known to forget this fact and shake it everywhere like I just don’t care

I dance loads and as if no one is watching.

But if they ever are watching they soon regret it

We are both decent dancers...well kitchen dancers at the moment!

C has been in papers for her dancing and I got an award for best dancer at the work Christmas party a couple of years ago (although I suspect that’s more cos I was last man standing )

We can’t wait to go to clubs....dance and sex

surrounded by twinkly lights

I've got rhythm and I am first on the dance floor and generally the last to leave if I like the music.

Put on anything rnb related and I am off to the bar though

I love dancing, its one of my favourite things to do. I think I'm ok at it. I've never taken any classes and would love to learn how to Lindy hop. There's nothing like that in rural North Yorkshire

We love dancing in clubs ... trouble is we’ve then been at a vanilla kind of club and he’s forgotten himself for a sec and got his hand up my dress ... good job theyre dark

When I’m alone I think I can dance like Christina Aguilera .... I sooo can’t

I love dancing and am actually not bad, for some reason the English male self conscious gene passed me by on that front. I can do a decent jive, passable salsa and functional waltz as well as a range of eccentric freestyle. Would love to breakdance but left it 30 years too late

Stockport

The Ritz in Manchester has a sprung wooden dance floor. You can stand still on that and still look like you've got rhythm. I tell myself that anyway.
