"Have you tried Movelat gel? It's non-steroidal so you can take pain killers at the same time. "
I've got a pharmacy's worth of awesome painkillers and lidocaine patches as well....
I have tried that in the past but it's not quite as good as the lidocaine. Thank you though |

Sorry to hear this posh. I feel you pain with the back problems. Diclofenac is the only thing that works for me but they don’t like prescribing it anymore. Naproxen is good but gives me an awful tummy. Sending hugs beautiful x |

I have considered pilates.... and when the local woman starts up again in 34 years after the world returns to normal I'm pencilled in for her to help me out and then go to some classes.
