I’m very fond of pork, black pudding and apple and chorizo and morcilla particularly if it is the sausage meat that goes in a light fluffy flaky pastry to make a Chorizo & Morcilla Sausage Roll. |

And like my grandparents use to make with lots of marjoram and paprika. "
I used to make them in our old shop . Them and Venison were very popular |

I know a couple of people who make them. I’ve got some frozen in the freezer for when I feel like a treat. |
