What method to you use? How many times do you shave ur legs? And any tips on better shaves?
I’ve heard some use the coffee granules before shaving to prepare the skin a bit better... hmmm I have yet to try that
Anyway, I mainly use shaving creams, tho I notice the freaking cream only gets rid of like 70% of the hair, then I have to use the razor for a better finish.. which at that point I’m thinking I might as well just use the razor ... do any have the same issue with the shaving cream?
Dying to try properly and stick to laser treatment as would like to not worry about it any longer or worry really little. |

"I just rub conditioner on my legs whilst in the shower then shave. 2min job. "
Agree
Conditioner leaves your legs super smooth, better than shaving creams |

Yep same - or whatever shower gel I'm using at the time.
Then I moisturise while they're still damp and wipe off with a towel. |

When I say shaving cream I mean the ones you leave on for 10 mins and it is suppose to burn the hair or whatever and u use the plastic thingy to remove the hair. I find that those creams don’t remove 100% of the hair but maybe I don’t put enough... hmmm ..
I use also conditioner when I shave its actually better than a normal shaving cream. |

"I use Magic shaving powder.
It was recommended in fabs forum few years back (circa 2014 I think).
I've been using it ever since.
It is not as irritating to the skin as Veet."
I use veet and even the sensitive one can be harsh... I’ll have a look |

I exfoliate on off days and make sure my legs are moisturised. I use shaving gel (nothing fancy, it works although stinks of teenage boy). I shave in the shower.
If I were doing constant upkeep I'd shave every day, because I'm unreasonably hairy. I don't, only when my legs might show.
I always miss bits. Shrug. |

I just shave with a razor. Shaving gel is way better than shaving cream. I find the men’s products better and cheaper than the women’s.
For hair removal type cream, I recommend magic shaving powder. You mix it with water to form a paste. I use it to remove pubic hair. |

Do they sell it in the UK?
I bought mine through amazon (US). |

I use a good old Gillette Venus, which does a really good job, and leaves my legs silky smooth... though will try it with conditioner.
I have tried Veet before, but tbh, it smells awful, it’s a bit messy and always have to try to gauge leaving it for the right length of time, and the balance between not getting all the hair off and taking a layer of skin off!! Lol.
A gorgeous friend recently suggested an Epilator, which I might try, just need to find the bit of leather to bite down on!!

"I shave my legs in the bath after soaking them for a while and I just use showergel with a good razor. I repeat every 2 or 3 days.

Yeah I find shower gel or conditioner to be pretty good!
I’ve ended up splurging £300 On a hair laser removal but apparently has amazing reviews, so I’m excited and will keep y’all updated |

I followed the instructions on Magic Powder perfectly. Including a patch test. Gave myself a minor chemical burn when I scaled up from patch test. Never got that from Veet! |

"I think I made up my mind and invest in a home laser gun! Will keep u ladies updated "
I got one last summer. It's so time consuming that I've not kept up with it. It's honestly easier to just shave...
But if you're determined you can buy mine from me. I'll give you a Fab price! All it is now is another bit of clutter! Message me if you're interested x |

So the laser hair machine has arrived and omg I’m so happy! It looks very very high quality (it’s the Bosidin)
And it’s totally painless when it flashes and it has some cooling technology to trick the skin , I did feel a bit of burning sensation like an hour after the treatment (I did a test yesterday just to check that my skin is okay) but that probably is a good sign that it works!
Will continue tonight but so far, So good!
Will keep you updated apparently full results can be seen after 8 weeks.
Also this one has different settings for different body parts, so I’m gonna have fun with this |

Thanks for the offer but I’ve ended up buying one in the end, which machine did you get?
And as I’ve got dark hair on my legs (it’s also a bit coarse and awful when it grows) trust me, I’m done with the razor bumps and spots from it. So I’m gonna try stick to this for 8-10 weeks and hopefully see results! |

I'm lucky in a way that having hypothyroidism I don't have a lot of hair on my legs. Shave above the knees once a year, below, epilator but in the shower which helps. |

That's interesting as I don't get much hair in my legs either and have hypothyroidism too but never knew there was a link.
After a very bad cut to my ankle last summer I recently brought an electric shaver to try. Does the job for me. |

I shave my legs every other day. I prefer to do it in the bath. I use Dove shower cream mainly but if I run out Conditioner works too.
The secret for me is mens razors. So much better than womens |
