I lime watching youtube videos on restoring old items.
Mainly playstation 1s, n64s, original gameboys etc... but last night they restored a ww2 tin opener!

I can tick some of these too. Especially long train journeys. My family home was by railway tracks;) I like their sound. |

Reading textbooks or scientific literature. It's my field so I have to, but I still enjoy it.
I got a copy of Charles Darwins 'on the origin of species' for christmas, apparently people think that's boring

I’m almost one with a shovel/grafter, it becomes an extension of my body.
There’s great accomplishment in digging a big hole with nothing but man power. |

Totally get this, I loved digging trenches for footings, picking the sides first then taking out the middle, trimming it up so it’s perfect, you’re knackered at the end of the day but it’s a good tired and a cup of tea never tastes so good after a days hard graft. |

Pulling hair out of the plughole and hoover roller!
There's a lot of hair in this house.. Mine is long and my two kids have afros. But the freeing of the collection points is weirdly satisfying.

Abandoned residences. That's what I did as a teen with my friends. We were lucky to have a few around. It's heartbreaking though in some ways. There is a guy on Facebook who goes into strangest places in London. Usually climbs somewhere and takes pictures or goes underground into abandoned tube tunnels. I am trying to recall the name of page  |

There is a guy on Facebook who goes into strangest places in London. Usually climbs somewhere and takes pictures or goes underground into abandoned tube tunnels. I am trying to recall the name of page "
I’ve done loads of tube tunnels (working for crossrail helped) and I climbed the shard when it was being built but there’s loads I want to get into still. Spillers millennium mills is around the corner from me but I’ve not managed it yet.
