I have just stuck Amy Winehouse Back to Black back in the car.
I saw the documentary / coverage about her on BBC4 on Monday night and was reminded just how fantastic she was when stripped back and in the right place vocally.
It actually made me quite sad. |

I have the last few things I downloaded from iTunes going trouble is some of it was for my son so currently it's David guetta! Not so bad when the suns out and ur chilling! Reminds me of my rave days lol   |

The great thing about this thread , you hear about other music and can even get introduced to something you wouldnt normally know or choose to listen to

Yeh they are good really good lyrics make a song which unfortunately is sometimes overlooked by people lol !!

I can tell it's well written with good lyrics, it's just all a bit 'rappy' for my personal music tastes.
Loved the first album, disappointed with this one.
Think the guys a talent and the fact i've recognised that was the main factor in giving it a whirl.
I guess I just didn't guess it. Will still watch the film though when it's out on DVD (if it isn't already)
That said, the CD has obviously sold well cos it's been sold out in both my local supermarkets all week. |

It will grow on you its back to his roots as defamation of strickland banks was completely different style, personally i think his talent goes well beyond just good, he is raw british talent at its best |
