When I need to do a home haircut and it's been soooo long since I last did one.

Any tips on how to end up not looking like I've used a lawn mower.

Genuine plea for help !

Genuinely, if you go for a grade 2 at bairdresser, go grade 4 at home, and make sure the guard is properly on!

Failing that, do you have a hat?

Hair clipper no'4 on top, no'1 at the sides, blend with no'2 for a perfect (ish ) fade

I think the videos might be the way, didn't want buzz cut but I guess there's always that option and it will grow back eventually

Watch a few YouTube videos and go a guard higher than what you’d have at the barber
