True Welshy, if you can't have rhythm on the dance floor as a couple, probably won't have it in the sack. Not a true science though. |

Gimme space, a northern soul floorfiller at full volume, talc (if you don't know don't ask) and a bottle of water and I can still just about dance a hole in the floor before oxygen is required. "I'm On My Way".

I'm feeling a Friday night upload dance video forum challenge coming on! Who's in, totally natural, no editing, no cleaning the background, just dance for 30 seconds, upload and let's get a party going! |

The basic is so simple - Just alternate left and right feet then a backstep, your partner does the same but with opposite feet. Of course experienced dancers look fantastic but get those basic steps and you’re away |

I have never been able to rock and roll. I used to watch my mom..she could move
The basic is so simple - Just alternate left and right feet then a backstep, your partner does the same but with opposite feet. Of course experienced dancers look fantastic but get those basic steps and you’re away "
I'm crap at dancing with a partner..I jist like to do my own thing....which isn't always a good thing!
I wouldn't mind learning a few dances though |

What’s good with rock and roll/jive is you can do either - dance together or on your own or a bit of both - the steps work both ways and you can cut loose and do your own thing. Ultimately all that counts is you enjoy it  |

I love love LOVE to dance. If there's music on, I'm usually dancing. I've been in the press on more than one occasion for my dance practice - my kitchen is a poor substitute to a good dancefloor or stage

Nah cos i will just end up either hurting myself, breaking something or hurting somone else. Or any of the 3 in combination
Definetly jealous of some of the girls i have seen pole dancing at clubs :D as i know it would end up with me in a hospital bed!  |
