No, seriously, I am thinking of baking a cake tonight (woo hoo ... rock and roll). Question is, Lime Drizzle, or Pear & Honey?

Cara_elized pears are bliss so I'm saying pear and honey. It was a tough shout."
I am thinking maybe the lime drizzle cake, and then save the pears and honey for a tart tatin? |

Yes, tarte tatin is a good idea - pears work really well in that. Make sure your lime drizzle cake has some good tangy zest in it because I need to live through your eating of it. |

Blood orange marmalade drizzle cake. Yeah I know .... last minute switch. Wish I had done lime now.
Glaze will go on once it has cooled.
