Yes, many years ago now, my ex fiance. She did something very cruel so I took my revenge by fucking 3 of her friends.
In hindsight I do regret my actions and will make no excuses for them. I was hurting and wanted her to know how that felt.
I would never have revenge sex again. Hurting people just isn't my thing. |

The winning someone back thing, yes when I was younger. But only now I'm older can I see it as that. At the time you think "they must still like me if they wanna fuck me". No, it didn't work and I just felt like an idiot.
I do believe people have tried to make me jealous, in an attempt to hide their own insecurity/hatred towards themselves. |

Once when I was young and stupid, I slept with my ex fiance's brother.
In my defence, he told me to do it, but in hindsight "well you might as well just go fuck Dan, that's the only way I'd be bothered about it" may not actually have been an instruction or request (it being me telling him I didn't want to be with him any more).
We got over that and became very good friends again though, but I do feel bad about it even twenty years later and would never do it again. |

Yes to two of those. Neither involved cheating on someone so I didn’t feel bad but nor did they lead anywhere and probably just added a complication that I didn’t need. |

I’d say I’ve just had sex the odd time to prove to myself I can get laid easily. An ego boost when I wasn’t maybe feeling the most confident or was just horny as hell lol

Not really, but I did use sex as a band aid so to speak when I split with my ex, after the way he made me feel I had what I class as my 'loose woman' phase, to know I was wanted so to speak.
So I guess in a way to prove a point to someone even though he didn't know about lol |

I've definitely had ex sex to prolong the connection. Did it work?? Not in a healthy way. In my experience, any form of manipulation or shadowy choices never come good.
Now, I always sense in to how a choice feels in my whole self. Our instincts can guide us towards the clearest path.. Even if it is against what ego wants us to believe.
If something disturbs my inner peace its a no. What a relief! No more games, no more muddy waters but lots of self respect, integrity and respect for others x |

I had an ex go out with a mate coz I failed to do some decorating, (stupid I know lol) but when kept coming back to me for sex while she was with him, I also threatened the same mate that I could take a gf of his hands no troubles at all, he didn't believe me but I did on several occasions just because he was an arse to them. Not me being the one to get a partner jealous, but been the guy the female had sex with to piss her fella off with once or twice some many years ago. I didn't know at the time, otherwise I'd not go there.

A few years ago I started talking to an ex whilst seeing someone else and after a while and a few visits to hers we ended having sex.
I wanted to get back with her but straight after we had sex to save any hassle with my then current gf I needed to reply to her messages or she would worry and start questioning me.
That's when my ex thought I was just using her for sex and that moment backfired.
Then a year later when I split up with that gf I met someone online and didn't realise my ex still wanted to get back with me so that killed it altogether  |

Unfortunately yes. My ex husband had an affair and left me for her. I wanted no contact with either but she took it upon herself to contact me and tell me what an awful wife I was so I had sex with my ex to prove that I could. Makes me feel  that I did that.
In my defence I was hurting and not in a great place at the time. |
