I'm in need of some feedback on your mental health. I've the challenge of setting up a floating boutique B&B on my new barge. However, plans have changed, hoping to link to an established charity in providing accommodation for suicide prevention. 3-4 days respite to hopefully give a fire break to negative thoughts, and prevent them from trying to take their lives.
I currently volunteer for Samaritans, and the rate of suicides rocketed through first lock down, but this one, we're not coping with demand.
You're help, could you message me privately with your pre-covid top five anxiety, first covid anxiety, and now as times get tougher, current top 5 anxiety.
I know looking back, I've made some stupid decisions, but when you're penniless you are vulnerable, but I think I kept my head, and ploughing on.
