Irish whisky is very smooth my old an is Bushmills and Tullamore dew 14 single malt only, but got gifted Teelings at Christmas, and likes it a lot.
I love a drop of whisky,can’t be spoilt with anything not even ice (preference )
I’ll have to try teelings when I can "
I used to be that way until I did a course, it needs a dtop of water or ice to break up the flavours there was some science behind that but I was to busy sampling the goods to listen, lol |

I always hated the stuff until an evening at my sisters house. They brought out a malt, so sweet and smokey tasting and really easy to drink neat. It's changed my opinion of it although i still think I'd rather drink brasso than the normal blended tat. Lol |

The more peat and smoke the better but I do like others. Recently I find I go for the more alcohol by volume the seam to have a better flavour. |

A connoisseur I see, thanks for pointing me in that direction. The last two bottles of Penderyn I had were given to me by clients for services above and beyond the call of duty. I know now what hints to drop next time I do somebody a favour without detriment to myself or connections.
