"What's the capacity of the cup and how much you can swallow at once? then I can estimate if its too much.
Oh I can handle a good mouthful "
See you said it yourself. You can handle 4. Maybe not at once |

1 tea in the morning
1 green tea at lunchtime in a large mug !!
1 tea after dinner at night
And if I’m out and about it’s always tea; either black or Earl Grey. Although I was given some Lady Grey tea bags recently !!! |

I did sober october last year, and accidentally stopped drinking coffee at the same time. tried one coffee since and its mad how ill it made me feel (when I used to travel with work I'd easily do 2 or 3 big starbucks a day!)
so this morning it was a hot chocolate first thing, and a strong cuppa tea as I write this! |

There’s something so lovely and comforting about tea. It covers all eventualities from
Hurt yourself - have a cup of tea to the four horsemen of the apocalypse arriving - have a cup of tea |

I usually have 4 cups of tea in the morning. Then one with my dinner and another couple at night. That's Monday to Friday.
At weekends I would say I have at least a dozen cups a day. My mug is bigger than your standard teacup as well. I'm a real tea belly! |

I used to be a big tea drinker and I blame my parents who always had a cup beside them.

I certainly come from a big tea drinking family. Everything seems to revolve around having a cuppa. |

I allow myself 3 coffees in the morning and up to 3 teas after 12.00. For some reason I cannot bring myself to drink coffee past 12.00.
Its rare I drink the full 6 a day tbh |

I don't know when your morning started but four cups in an average morning is not over doing it.
We drink according to need usually.
I promise you your drinking will ease off as your body feels hydrated.
My advice is break up the teas and coffees with water and don't drink coffee after approx 2 p.m. ( I seldom take that advice but I try to ) |

Totally agree Granny, but I have 4 in succession, but I also have a pint of water when I get up, and I have herbal tea after the normal tea. Now, where’s that loo |

London/Essex... ish... Romford to be exact |
My current average is around 3 cups per day. The trouble is the biscuits which go with them. I'm just lucky I haven't bought cake.
I'm expecting a siren to go off whenever 'cake' is typed in the forum. |

"At work it’s herbal tea. I used to drink an awful lot of coffee a day. Love the tea pigs stuff.
I save coffee for home and ration myself two cups before 12 and none after. "
The tea pigs tea is lovely, but I do like the pukka tea range. |

Haha this!
My cup holds about 450ml. I need to have 2 of those of coffee in order to function properly. |

Depends if he/she said yes to each cup? 3 if yes. 3 is a good number
... my dad used to say more tea vicar if he trouser coughed so can’t see those words without it making me think of that and laugh |
