Your head with your foot?
Who is that limber amongst us?
My 4yr old granddaughter does it no problem. I on the other hand tried and almost dislocated a hip!
It's been a long time since I had my legs up |

"Sitting down on the floor and leaning forward I can. Standing up and left lifting my leg, no way!
Tried that too...failed miserably "
Mind you it's not a useful skill, it's not on my cv or anything |

Hi there, I had to smile seeing this post. I would imagine there's a very long queue forming to offer to help you getting your ankles behind your ears once meets are able to take place again? |

Yes! I can do the former as well. My relatively flexible self is something I'm very proud of, in yoga I'd always enjoy holding the poses people would be surprised I could. |

I don't do any yoga now to be honest, but always ensure to stretch at least once a day |

"I can touch my toes "
My great aunt could not only touch her toes but also put the palms of her hands under her feet and walk around the garden. Last saw her do this at my grans funeral when she was 87. |

I have no idea why I thought to myself "yeah sure I can", I've just tried and all I did was make my knee pop! Lol
Clearly not as flexible as I thought! Lol x |

I could get my legs behind my ears as a teenager as I was seriously flexible due to swimming and flexibility training. I’ve lost quite a bit of it and can only get within 6 inches ish of my face. I can still get my palms flat on the floor bending over though |

If basically folding myself in half and wrenching my leg upwards by the ankle to make my foot touch my forehead counts, then yes.
Long gone are the days of doing box splits to a few inches off the floor, though.... |
