I was for 18 months, I only swapped because there were cheaper options when I had to renew. Never had any big problems with them and their customer service was pretty good.
The only issue I had was that the 5Ghz WiFi channel would stop working occasionally until I rebooted the router. |

We used to be on plusnet, now with Origin which has been very stable and good prices. I've always found their tech and customer support excellent.
Sadly my vanilla other half deals with it so can't refer you. But worth looking around. |
