Last time you drank alcohol

We don’t usually drink mid-week but we make up for it at the weekend with friends (virtually at the moment). We could easily go without but it just makes the weekend seem more like a normal weekend. We’re social drinkers .. we’re just very sociable.

"Since last March I have only had a drink twice when I met a friend for a couple of beers maybe in June.
I don’t really like to drink in the house, think it’s a more social thing. "
Pretty much same as you.
Early March, 1st weekend at football and a gig.
Intention was to go dry for Ironman training.
Caught Covid. Rough as fuck for months and havent touched it since. |

Had a couple of gin and tonics at home on Saturday night. I never used to drink at home until winter hit this year and we went into lockdown.
I'm trying to limit how much I drink at home, maybe a couple on a Friday or Saturday. During Xmas I was going through a bottle of red every 3 or 4 days |

I've drank half a bottle of wine tonight. Kids have gone to their dads and it's my weekend. I've worked very hard to put the cap back on and leave it in the fridge!!! I want to run tomorrow.. If I have one drop more I'll be in no fit state |

"Last night after a hell of a car journey and it led to naked snow angels...funniest day ove had in a while
Sounds fun!! Naked snow angels YES!
Fun yes...freezing cold, also yes "
The only time I did naked snow angels was when in a wood fired hot tub in Wales.. We were so hot we had to jump out and get in the snow. Gorgeous memory |

I never used to drink hardly ever.
In the last few months I've probably d*unk more than in the last 5 years,
I don't know why it is. I should stop but I don't want to. The last time I drank was Saturday night. 2 cans of cider and a dry martini. |

Have to say I never used to drink at home until the real pub life went.
I’m not much of a pub fan now very rare you see a pool table and dart board even rarer
I used to love playing cards with the old boys in the tap room of my local.
What’s a local these days pubs now are food and play areas what a load of Shite |

Last time I'd alcohol was in 1974, when someone slipped some into my soft drinks when on holiday abroad (I was teetotal then and still am).
Unfortunately I was on prescription medications at the time, and the subsequent mix of alcohol and drugs resulted in 36 hours in hospital, spoiling my last 3 days of my holiday.
My so-called mates became ex-mates and we haven't spoken since! |

I’ll have one 330ml can a few times a week. Then 3 or 4 when doing a weekly game via Skype.
I’ve really been enjoying trying different New England IPAs lately. Probably my favourite style of beer. Plus a 330ml is a great size for trying different beers! |

"Last Saturday.
I'm debating on a glass of wine or 3 tomorrow night
Glasses or bottles "
Do you know me?
I might need more than one bottle as I'm considering having a drink now - my thermostat is broken and I'm FREEZING!
