Now I do like coffee but there is no drink more refreshing than tea - I'm fact if I were only able to drink one drink for the rest of my life, tea would be my choice.

I mainly drink tea, but add in a coffee or two also....

Stroopwafels are a Dutch delicacy - two waffle biscuits sandwiched together with caramel. You can get them in the bakery bit of supermarkets.

I only drink more tea than coffee to reduce the amount of caffeine I consume a bit.

I’m promiscuous with which black teas I do drink though. Often decided in price. Or I drink one of a variety of herbal teas.

Finally a thread I can get involved with.

Tea is basically goodness in a cup. It's vital for survival. It is a religion, a panacea and a cure all. It's good for what ails ya.

Now. Coughs* there are only 3 acceptable forms of English breakfast tea: Yorkshire is your go to, Twinings Strong if they've sold out of Yorkshire or Assam because you're in some posh place like Harrods or some such or because you're living overseas.

Tea requires boiling water to brew so don't put any bloody milk in the cups for fuck's sake. Pour the boiling water give a swift stir and leave alone for at least 2 mins. Add milk to your own personal taste and drink.

This is the gospel according to Cat and there are few things I feel this strongly about.

Takes deep breath*
