I like stroopwaffles set them on the cup to melt I’m not a dipper at all but for someone to let me dip my biscuit I’d feel pretty special |

I mainly drink tea, but add in a coffee or two also....
Stroopwafels are a Dutch delicacy - two waffle biscuits sandwiched together with caramel. You can get them in the bakery bit of supermarkets. |

Occasionally a client is not paying attention and will mistakenly serve me tea after I have asked for coffee. I will force it down out of politeness but it is never my choice. |

"Yorkshire, splash of milk stew for good 5mins before bags removed.
God no.....stew first, then milk! "
Me and an ex actually had a proper argument about this she was in your camp and a milk last brewer, was some serious tea based shouting. |

It’s only a cup of tea! You can always leave the milk out of mine till the teabags gone. |

I only drink more tea than coffee to reduce the amount of caffeine I consume a bit.
I’m promiscuous with which black teas I do drink though. Often decided in price. Or I drink one of a variety of herbal teas. |

"Yorkshire or tetley "
They are my go to brands if they are on offer when I need to replenish, otherwise it’s one of the supermarket own labels. I can’t drink PG. |

Finally a thread I can get involved with.
Tea is basically goodness in a cup. It's vital for survival. It is a religion, a panacea and a cure all. It's good for what ails ya.
Now. Coughs* there are only 3 acceptable forms of English breakfast tea: Yorkshire is your go to, Twinings Strong if they've sold out of Yorkshire or Assam because you're in some posh place like Harrods or some such or because you're living overseas.
Tea requires boiling water to brew so don't put any bloody milk in the cups for fuck's sake. Pour the boiling water give a swift stir and leave alone for at least 2 mins. Add milk to your own personal taste and drink.
This is the gospel according to Cat and there are few things I feel this strongly about.
Takes deep breath*
