"I prefer to manage changes carefully and not have things thrust upon me. So to speak.
Controlled changes "
I like to understand the drivers and benefits and think through how best to manage things.

I try and manage any change in my life.
What is the purpose for the change?
Who initiated the change?
What is the success criteria?
What are the risks?
What remediation or back out plan is available?
However I also accept that unexpected changes do crop up from time to time where a reactionary approach is needed. |
