I prefer to manage changes carefully and not have things thrust upon me. So to speak.

I (Luke) accept that change is simply a part of life. Some change is good, some is bad. Whatever it is, we have to deal with it, so I just try to crack on regardless of my level of enthusiasm.

I like to understand the drivers and benefits and think through how best to manage things.

You can imagine how much I’m enjoying politics recently

I've had massive changes thrust upon me so have no choice but to embrace them now or lose everything.

I try and manage any change in my life.

What is the purpose for the change?

Who initiated the change?

What is the success criteria?

What are the risks?

What remediation or back out plan is available?

However I also accept that unexpected changes do crop up from time to time where a reactionary approach is needed.

You cant always manage change.

I suppose I am reactive rather than proactive, either way, its inevitable, so I just crack on.

We have to just Roll with it. But it still knocks you when change happens. We assess, process and proceed forward.

We do so at our own pace and thats ok.

Change is never easy but I’d say I’m definitely proactive. Damn this pandemic...

It depends. There have been changes in our life that have been difficult to adapt to but we've risen to it. Other change has been welcomed as fresh and exciting.
